There are two easy ways to play Lotto Strike - choose your own numbers, or try a Lucky Dip.

1. CHOOSE YOUR OWN NUMBERS

Play up to nine boards of Lotto Strike choosing your own numbers with a Lotto Strike coupon. There are two different Lotto Strike coupons. On one you can play up to three boards of Lotto Strike, on the other you can play up to nine.


2. TRY A LUCKY DIP

You can play up to 12 boards if you choose a Lotto Strike Lucky Dip. Simply ask the operator for the number of lines (between 1 and 12) of Lotto Strike you would like. The terminal will print out a ticket with numbers that have been randomly generated by computer.

Whichever way you choose to play, it will cost you only $1 for each board.

 When Lotto Strike Hits the Jackpot!

If no one picks all four winning numbers in a draw, the total Strike Four prize pool jackpots to an even bigger amount the next week.

Lotto Strike can jackpot for up to 10 weeks. So, if Lotto Strike is jackpotting you could strike it very big indeed!

 How to Win With Lotto Strike

The most exciting part of playing Lotto Strike is watching the Live Draw and seeing if your lucky numbers come up. Just like Lotto, Lotto Strike is a pari-mutuel game. This means that the prize amounts will vary depending on the sales level and the numbers of winners for any given draw week. The following prize amounts have been carefully estimated, but may vary for each draw.

STRIKE FOUR If your four Lotto Strike numbers match the exact order of the first four Lotto numbers drawn, you could win $100,000 - and more when it's a Lotto Strike jackpot.
STRIKE THREE If you match the exact order of any three of the first four Lotto numbers drawn, you win around $800!
STRIKE TWO If you match the exact order of any two of the first four Lotto numbers drawn, you win around $80
STRIKE ONE If you match the exact order of any one of the first four Lotto numbers drawn, you win one bonus board of Lotto Strike. Claim your bonus ticket and you automatically go straight into the next Lotto Strike draw.



 Hold on to Your Lotto Strike Ticket

Your Lotto Strike ticket is your record of entry and your way of collecting prizes. Be sure to check your that your ticket is correct before leaving the Lotto outlet. It is your responsibility to verify that the details printed agree with your coupon selections.

Write your name and address on the back of the ticket. Hold on to it, it could be worth a fortune.

You can use the same coupon every week. Remember to keep your coupons flat to stop them from creasing.

Lotto Strike entries made after 7.00pm Saturday will go into the draw the following week.

 Official Lotto Strike Results

If you miss the Live Draw on TV2, the official winning numbers and other draw details are available by phoning the Official Lotto Results Line on 0900 90 900. The call will cost 99 cents per minute, including GST.

The official Lotto Strike winning numbers may be obtained from any Lotto outlet. Results from previous draws are also available.

Lotto Strike results are also available in Sunday and Monday newspapers and through Teletext.

 Collecting Your Lotto Strike Prize

You can claim your Lotto Strike prize from any Lotto outlet. Prizes up to and including $1,000 may be collected by presenting and surrendering the winning ticket. When you have a ticket with prizes totaling more than $1,000 the operator will help you complete a prize form, which is sent with the winning ticket to The New Zealand Lotteries Commission. Prizes must be claimed within 12 months of the draw.
